You’re Making That Up!

When you get the opportunity to see Neil Gaiman (@neilhimself), you take it.  The man has a voice like Lyle’s Golden Syrup and weaves stories in a near hypnotic rhythm.  He’s also incredibly funny and game for fun, as evidenced by his Wits appearances.  Oh yeah, and speaking of Wits – John Moe (@johnmoe).  He doesn’t need an introduction, he’s just John Moe.

These two geniuses, plus local comedy gold Joseph Scrimshaw (@josephscrimshaw), Sharon Stiteler (@birdchick), and Mike Fotis (@mikefotis), put together a panel quiz show called “You’re Making That Up.”  It’s sort of a cross between “QI “and “Would I Like to You?”  And if you don’t have BBC, you won’t have a clue what I’m talking about.  But you should.

This was their second preview performance and I sincerely hope it becomes a regular thing.  It’s been a while since my sides literally stitched from laughing so hard.  Keep an eye on their site and Twitter feeds, you want to see this.
