I haven’t had time to fully process the amazingness that was last night’s event. The talk was superb, Adria has a contagious enthusiasm and passion for food and history. He is a philosopher and a mad genius who just happens to cook and his notes seem to be an attempt to take the HUGE ideas bouncing around in his head, and express them in some form that is understandable to others. Amazing.
This is a photo dump because I’m still in a state of disbelief over the whole amazing night. It was incredibly crowded and warm and I just couldn’t get as many photos as I wanted, but I tried to capture all the plates. I think the only one missing is Travail, which is the only line we didn’t fight through.
